Downtown Clinic Exterior Remodel RFP

Description: Prepare surface and paint the entire exterior of the building. Replace soffits and perimeter parapet cap flashing. Frame out a column at the building entrance and clad with siding to create an accent column. Fill existing planter box wall with concrete and clad with siding for accent. Electrical scope includes replacement of soffit lighting and electrical supply to building signage.
