Energy Project Alternatives at the IEUA RP-5 Solids Handling Facility Site (Request for Information)
The successful Respondent shall provide a comprehensive submission to IEUA for the intended use of the SHF as it relates to gas, organic waste and energy management. IEUA is currently in the process of developing an Agency-Wide Energy Plan as well as specific energy alternatives for IEUA’s RP-1 and RP-5 Facilities. The intent of this request is to gather information (including preliminary costs) on potential uses for the SHF as it relates to energy.

The Hub on Smith Upward Project Phase V - Site Improvements RFP
Work generally includes demolition of existing pavement, sidewalks, curbs, stairs, ramps, retaining walls, railings, equipment enclosures, landscaping, utilities, and selected exterior wall materials; construction of new concrete parking lots, access drives, sidewalks, curb and gutter, accessible parking areas, raised crosswalks, equipment pads, stairs, and related site features; grading, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, grease interceptor, electrical, site-lighting, landscaping, irrigation, signage, and pavement-marking improvements; and phased construction necessary to maintain access and facility operations.
