Facilities and Construction - Commercial Chiller Supply & Installation

Description: The University of Oklahoma is seeking proposals for furnishing, installing, starting up, commissioning, and warranting one new 2,500-ton chiller at its Norman Campus. The work must include all required mechanical, electrical, structural, and control infrastructure, and bidders must show experience installing commercial or institutional water-cooled chillers rated at least 1,500 tons plus recent-project references. Responses are due October 1, 2026, and the anticipated work is expected to begin after January 1, 2027.
