Excelsior City Hall

Description: Interior remodel of the 3rd floor (5,500 SF) of the historic building, to reconfigure the space for municipal offices, meeting rooms, and public Council Chambers. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition and selective interior removal. Cold-formed metal framing (CFMF), drywall, and demountable wall systems. Floor finish installation, including encapsulation of existing asbestos flooring. Millwork, custom Council Dais, Speaker Podium, and feature conference tables. Design-build fire suppression system meeting National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 13). Mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), lighting, and code-required signage/exterior illuminated building sign allowance.
