EWEB RFP 26-057-GS MCC with Integrated VFD, and PLC Build for City View 1150 Pump Station

Description: The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) issued this Request for Proposals seeking qualified Panel Shops (Vendors) to provide a motor control center (MCC) with integrated variable frequency drives (VFDs) and a programmable logic controller (PLC) panel for EWEB's new City View 1150 Pump Station. The selected vendor will be responsible for constructing and delivering the custom-engineered MCC and PLC that must comply with all technical specifications outlined in Exhibits 2 and 3 of the solicitation. Proposals must comply with Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI) requirements for custom fabrication, including payment of prevailing wages, with delivery to EWEB's Eugene, Oregon facility required by December 11, 2026.
