Event Planner

Description: Texas Cyber Command is seeking event planning and management assistance for cybersecurity education and training events serving state and local governments, public education institutions, and the general public. The contractor will manage event expenses, venues, exhibitor registration, logistics, technical requirements, hybrid or virtual delivery, event materials, and financial and attendance reporting. Offerors must demonstrate at least 10 years of event-planning experience and comply with Texas subcontracting-plan requirements, including good-faith efforts to use certified VetHUB businesses.
