EV4880 - Tax Burden Study RFP

Description: The City of invites qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive tax burden study for evaluating the total tax burden on both individual households and businesses. The study will assess tax fairness, effective tax rates, tax distribution, historical trends, and the potential impacts of alternative tax policy scenarios. The selected consultant will compare tax burden with peer municipalities and cities, analyze equity and competitiveness, and provide findings, recommendations, and presentations to City leadership.
