ETHEREAL FORGE: Call for Participation – Test & Evaluation of Advanced Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Capabilities

Description: On SAM.gov, this active Special Notice (not a grant) invites industry participation in ETHEREAL FORGE, a U.S. Strategic Command Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Center initiative designed to accelerate deployment of advanced electromagnetic warfare capabilities. It calls for rapid, iterative testing and evaluation of advanced, non-fielded, Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA)-aligned software-centric systems in an operationally relevant environment.
