Esperanza Water Works Electrical Improvements *Re-Bid*

Description: Work consists of installing new electric service to the R.O. Site and well site, including new electrical service, metering disconnects, transfer switches, generators, panels, and docking stations to feed existing equipment and power new hvac units. The project also includes extending power from the well site to a nearby above-ground storage tank for lighting and instrumentation power. Electrical will include low-voltage wiring in duct bank systems via pull boxes, cable testing, trenching, and backfill. The existing sites must remain operational utilizing existing temporary generators until new service and equipment have been installed, tested, commissioned, and switched over. New equipment foundations, slabs, and supports will be required as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications, or as otherwise required for a first-class operating facility.
