ESA+ Scholarship Family Support Services
State Education Assistance Authority (SEAA) is seeking a nonprofit organization to provide direct family support assistance and scholarship education for families interested in the ESA+ Scholarship Program. The work includes one-on-one support by phone, email, and online platforms, plus at least two annual educational webinars, under an initial two-year contract with options for two additional two-year renewals subject to funding. This is an open services RFP rather than a grant program, and responses are due September 30, 2026.
