ERP Replacement (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide a modern, fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) that supports Springfield Utility Board's (SUB's) operational and strategic objectives. Through this procurement, SUB seeks solution and implementation partner(s) capable of delivering improved functionality, streamlined business processes, and long-term system sustainability. The resulting contract is expected to include system software, implementation services, data migration, testing, training, project management, and ongoing support. The anticipated period of performance will begin upon contract award and continue through system implementation, stabilization, and post go-live support. SUB intends this to be a multiyear contract, with optional renewal periods for ongoing maintenance, hosting, and support services.
