Furnace Replacement (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, testing, and documentation necessary to complete the furnace replacement. At a minimum, proposals should include the following work: remove and properly dispose of the existing furnace and related materials; provide and install a new furnace sized according to the property's heating load and existing system requirements; specify furnace manufacturer, model number, BTU input and output, AFUE efficiency rating, fuel type, staging, and blower type; inspect, connect, and modify ductwork, gas piping, combustion air, flue venting, condensate drainage, thermostat wiring, and electrical connections as required.
