Equity Priority Communities (EPC) Framework Refresh Project (RFP)

Description: Seeking to hire a consultant to support work on the equity priority communities (epc) framework refresh project, with a potential to proceed to phase 2 implementation following the evaluation. The epc framework evaluation in phase one will critically examine the existing epc framework, assess its performance across key functional and equity dimensions, and collaboratively identify limitations and opportunities for improvement. Through stakeholder engagement, data review, and community-informed analysis, the project will develop a set of potential conceptual frameworks that more effectively advance regional equity and better serve the bay area s historically underserved communities.
