Description: Shasta County Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals (Solicitation No. RB0004-RFP) from qualified consulting firms to perform environmental and cultural assessments and prepare related reports and documents needed for CEQA and NEPA review and to pursue state and federal permits for the 18-MIT-RIP Timber Bridge Deck Replacements Project. The selected consultant will prepare biological, aquatic, and cultural resource assessments; prepare permitting applications and associated documents; and conduct on-site monitoring during construction activities. Federally funded project requirements apply, including prevailing wage, certified payroll, insurance, and licensing requirements.
