Engineering Services for FY27-31 Wastewater Collection System Capital Improvement Projects (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide engineering services to include project budget development, studies, reports, surveying, design, and construction administration. seeking engineering services for various asset classes which are represented in the MPW system. Designating engineering services by asset class will enable MPW to manage one engineer, and to allow both the engineer and MPW to retain system knowledge for each class of assets. The present RFQ applies to the MPW Gravity Collection System asset class, which includes approx. 412 miles of gravity lines, 12,661 manholes, 726 system valves, 674 control valves and miscellaneous appurtenances.
