Seeking two or more consultants for the provision of these services. All performance pursuant to these agreements shall be on an "on-call" or "asneeded" basis. Any tasking shall be initiated solely by the City. The City would ask for a cost proposal from the consultant for a specific service or project as needed. Provide on-call water and wastewater planning and engineering services, citywide, on an as-needed basis.
