Employee Engagement Survey RFP

Description: Providing employee engagement survey services. The purpose of the engagement surveys is to better understand the climate of the workforce, as it relates to employee engagement. The work supports other high-priority, Port of Seattle (Port) initiatives like (but not limited to), equity, diversity, and inclusion, culture, leader/employee development, continuous process improvement, and safety. Consultant shall design and administer employee engagement surveys for approx. 2,600 Port employees. Consultant will perform key driver predictive/prescriptive data analysis and provide interpretation and recommendations. Consultant will communicate results of completed employee engagement surveys to both eligible Port managers and the Executive Leadership Team. Additionally, the Consultant will work with Port staff to identify and utilize tools for periodically checking in with the employee population, around engagement-related actions and initiatives. Work will begin early, in the first quarter of 2027 and conclude by end of the fourth quarter of 2032.
