Own force monitoring at echelon (OFM-E) electromagnetic spectrum sensing. perform Own Force Monitoring/Sensing (OFM/S) within the electromagnetic spectrum. The overall OFM/S capability will include multiple configurations including Own Force Monitoring at Echelon (OFM-E) and Squad Level Sensing (SLS). provide persistent monitoring and integration with Command Control Computer/Electromagnetic Battle Management System (EMBM), operated by Space and Propagation Engineering Officers, Spectrum Managers and communications specialists at company, battalion, and higher echelons. The OFM/S capability is designed to provide Marine Corps units with real-time awareness, passive analysis, and monitoring of their electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) signatures.

PM MAGTF C2 Program Office requires expert total life cycle acquisition services for engineering and logistics support. The Contractor shall provide recommendations, assist in the development of draft acquisition products, and finalize acquisition products for the PM MAGTF C2 Program Office to include acquisition processes, procedures, program documentation, and shall also provide program and strategic analysis, logistics management, engineering, and test services. The tasks outlined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) represent the performance standards the Contractor shall meet relating to PM MAGTF C2 priorities to meet program and product events and milestones.
