Description: Requesting offers from qualified firms through a request for proposals (rfp) for the administration of their health benefits effective july 1, 2027. This project includes the bidding of medical, dental, pharmacy benefit management, stop loss insurance, medical administrative services, employee assistance program (eap), flexible spending account (fsa), health savings account (hsa), and voluntary/supplemental insurance services.
