Employee Benefits Consulting Services

Description: Columbus City Schools is seeking a consultant to provide employee benefits consulting services under solicitation 1120. The scope includes attending Joint Insurance Committee meetings, providing data analytics, implementing and managing short- and long-term strategies, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The consultant will work with the District’s Total Rewards and Benefits Manager to manage the RFP process and support competitive service contracts.
