Emergency Operations Center Functional and Tabletop Exercises 2026-2027 RFP

Description: The City of Los Angeles is seeking proposals for two annual emergency operations center exercises during the 2026–2027 contract period: one functional exercise and one tabletop exercise each year. The selected vendor will plan, design, develop, and execute the exercises, coordinating with the City's Emergency Management Department and other stakeholders while producing exercise plans, schedules, evaluation guides, and related deliverables.
