Emergency Cleanup and Stabilization Services RFP

Description: Pima County is seeking a vendor to provide emergency cleanup and stabilization services at county sites or sites of potential claimants against the county. The vendor must provide an on-site supervisor, labor, commercial-grade materials and supplies, and a 24-hour, seven-day emergency-services telephone number. This is a one-year services contract—not a grant program—with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026 and questions due September 3, 2026.
