Special Education Program Review (Request for Proposals)
Conduct a comprehensive, independent, system-level review of the District's PK-12 special education programs and services, including transition and 18-22 programming where applicable. The review is intended to move beyond procedural compliance and examine whether the District's continuum of services is aligned to student needs, supports placement in the least restrictive environment (LRE), is delivered with fidelity and consistency, produces meaningful outcomes and experiences for students, and uses human and financial resources effectively. The selected respondent will provide evidence-based findings and a focused set of practical, prioritized recommendations.
