Flood Elimination
Work includes waterproofing repair at electrical closet with related site & exterior cladding work; concrete ramp landing reconstruction; exterior door replacement; crawl space masonry repair; caulking, plaster & painting; exterior masonry repair / repointing; wood window repair; reinforcement of corroded existing beam in the cellar; disconnect the storm water leader lines from the upstream plumbing fixtures and reroute them to the sewer house traps; remove the existing trench drain at the bottom of the ramp and replace it with a new trench drain; provide backwater valves; regarding electrical equipment in the electrical closet, clean conduit, anchors, and kindorf supports to remove oxidation.
