Electrical Service Upgrades and HVAC System Installation--5th Avenue Apartments (200 Amp Service Conversion, Panels, Wiring, Heat Pump Systems, and Mechanical Improvements)
Athens Housing Management Agency, Inc. (AHMA) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for electrical service upgrades and HVAC system installation at eighteen (18) multifamily housing units at 5th Avenue Apartments in Athens, Alabama. The project includes upgrading existing 100 amp electrical service to 200 amp, installing new electrical panels and circuits, and installing new HVAC heat pump split systems with associated ductwork, chases, and mechanical closets, under a unit-price task-order contract. Sealed proposals must be submitted to AHMA at 700 5th Avenue, Building J, Athens, AL 35611 by noon (local time) on August 13, 2026.
