DCAS Electrification/Heat Pump Systems/Roofs RFP

Description: Extent of Work: removal and demolition of selected items from selected areas of the building; items to be removed include: Existing RTUs and other select equipment and associated piping; existing concrete curb and roofing, drains and associated items; existing gas fired cooking equipment and associated piping; existing domestic hot water heater and associated piping; existing gas service and meters; existing paint storage room; Existing bulkhead door; sprinkler main and heads to be relocated from existing paint storage room; all associated electrical wiring and devices to facilitate removals and the new work; all fire alarm work and devices to facilitate the removals and new work.
