Description: Work consist of remodel for carpentry, electrical, plumbing & HVAC. Work consist of replace the 100-amp panel with a new 24 space 100 amp. Install a new meter socket on the exterior with a disconnect. Replace the weather head and mast with new. Install a gfci receptacle at the panel on its own circuit. Caulk all wall penetrations. The new panel must be label using ink or a labeling sticker for circuit locations. Replace side entry fixture and front porch fixture with new led motion sensor lights. See attached file.
