ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING DC FAST CHARGING (LEVEL 3) INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT, INSTALLATION, AND REVENUE-SHARE SERVICES
The City of Passaic is soliciting proposals for DC fast-charging (Level 3) infrastructure consulting, installation, and revenue-share services on City-owned properties. The selected provider will assess sites, coordinate utility and permitting work, supply and install OCPP-compliant chargers, provide network software, and operate and maintain the charging infrastructure. This is an open procurement for a revenue-sharing services arrangement, not a grant program, and proposals are due September 3, 2026, at 10:30 A.M.
