Economic Development Corporation Building Demolition Project (Request For Proposals)

Description: The project generally consists of selective interior demolition of an approximately 5,900 SF, one-story existing building, including removal and disposal of designated interior walls, beams, flooring, and other interior components; salvage and onsite storage of designated brick; protection of existing exterior walls, windows, restroom facilities, electrical and plumbing systems; and all temporary shoring, bracing, protection, cleanup, disposal, and incidental work necessary to complete the demolition as shown in the Contract Documents.
