On-Call Economic Development Consulting Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide on-call economic development consulting services to assist the City with implementation of its Economic Development Strategic Plan (“EDSP”). The City recently approved a Five-Year EDSP Implementation Plan focused on foundational initiatives achievable through existing staff resources supplemented by consultant support. The City is seeking an experienced economic development consultant to provide technical expertise, project management support, business outreach assistance, and implementation services to advance the City's economic development goals. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of City staff and provide on-call services on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with an initial term of five years, with options for renewal.
