Economic Development - City-owned Site Capacity Studies (Request for proposal)

Description: The project includes assessing City-owned parcels of land for future development, and then designing potential uses and site layout for the land consistent with the Envision Dublin Community Plan and Economic Development Strategic Plans. The City of Dublin is immediately targeting approx. 482 acres of land for a Site Capacity Study and continues to purchase additional acres for future development. It is imperative that the City of Dublin continues to showcase the types of development possible for these sites in alignment with Envision Dublin and Economic Development Strategic Plans.
