Eastrail - Central Wilburton Interim Trail RFP

Description: King County Parks seeks construction of a 0.65-mile interim gravel segment of the Eastrail in Bellevue’s Wilburton neighborhood, connecting the NE 8th Street pedestrian bridge and Central Wilburton Sound Transit station with the Wilburton Trestle. Work includes removing existing rails and ties, building the gravel trail, and improving the SE 1st Street crossing with a painted crossing, signal, and signage. The project is intended to meet King County interim-use standards and later be developed as a paved trail; the project schedule calls for construction in 2026–2027.
