Base Bid and Additive Alternate No. 1. The Base Bid work generally includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of the existing asphalt parking lot and construction of a new 30,000 SF asphalt parking lot and associated grading. Other work included in the project includes the removal of trees, on-airport spoiling of materials, removal and installation of fencing, installation of DRBA-supplied parking equipment (including, but not limited to, lift gates, ticket machines and pay stations), installation of pay kiosks, installation of shuttle bus shelters, parking lot lighting and signage, underground stormwater system, and pavement marking. Additive Alternate No. 1 work includes the construction of a 1,125 SY asphalt parking and associated pavement marking.
