Description: The Contractor shall design, maintain, and operate an automated geospatial data processing system that supports nationwide monitoring of all NRCS conservation easements. The system shall analyze satellite, aerial, and other remotely sensed datasets; perform preprocessing; and ensure alignment with NRCS quality standards. The National Easement Monitoring System shall include: Analyze multi‑source geospatial datasets; Scalable processing of geospatial data covering easements across all 50 states detecting deltas (changes) between geospatial images of easements over time; Ability to adjust detection levels based on user feedback; Integrated ability to exclude portions of easement from detection alerts. Provide at least 50 boxes no later than 15 days before the start of the relocation to allow employees to pack and store their personal office items. Provide all packing materials, boxes, labels, protective coverings, and tools. Dispose of items identified by NRCS staff. Pack all office supplies, files, records, IT peripherals, and equipment designated by NRCS. Properly identify and label boxes with their contents and destination. Complete a packing inventory list of all items packed and stored. Disassemble office furniture, cubicles, desks, and equipment as identified in the inventory list. Prepare all items for safe transport to temporary locations. Handle, pack, and prepare IT‑related items—including monitors, phones, printers, TVs, servers, server cabinets, and VTC mobile systems—for relocation. Ensure all relocated items remain accessible and properly organized for NRCS staff during the renovation period. See attached file.
