The Contractor shall design, maintain, and operate an automated geospatial data processing system that supports nationwide monitoring of all NRCS conservation easements. The system shall analyze satellite, aerial, and other remotely sensed datasets; perform preprocessing; and ensure alignment with NRCS quality standards. The National Easement Monitoring System shall include: Analyze multi‑source geospatial datasets; Scalable processing of geospatial data covering easements across all 50 states detecting deltas (changes) between geospatial images of easements over time; Ability to adjust detection levels based on user feedback; Integrated ability to exclude portions of easement from detection alerts.
