Substation and Switchgear A/B Replacement RFP
LOTT Clean Water Alliance is soliciting bids for replacement work at Substation A/B inside the headworks building at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant in Olympia, Washington. The owner will provide the new 15kV fused switches and oil-filled transformers, while the contractor will remove the existing equipment and install the owner-furnished equipment. A pre-bid meeting and site visit are scheduled for August 4, 2026, with questions due August 12 and responses due August 26, 2026; this is a construction procurement, not a grant program.
