Dotters Corner Road, Southern End – Culvert Replacement Project RFP

Description: Installation of an Aluminum Box Culvert (including aluminum end walls) and guide rails along with the restoration of the stream channel and roadway. Polk Township will purchase the Aluminum Box Culvert (including aluminum end walls) via Costars prior to the start of construction. All site construction, installation, and restoration work associated with this project will also be included within this bid package. This work shall include: all excavation work, culvert assembly, aluminum box culvert installation work, stream bed restoration work, all paved roadway restoration work, shoulder restoration, installation of guide rails, all necessary erosion and sediment controls, and related work.
