Door Repair and Replacement Services RFP

Description: Seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide interior and exterior on-site door repair and replacement services, services will include but not limited to, wood or metal interior or exterior doors, in masonry, metal or wood framed walls including all hardware, hinges, locksets, closers, exit devices, weatherstripping, thresholds, sweeps, drip caps, viewing panes, finishes, adjustments, fabrication, removal and installation, and service of standard and commercial door systems on an as needed basis. Contract term: 3 years and one (1) two (2) year renewal option.
