Description: The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to remove Eurasian Watermilfoil from approximately 6.91 acres across five sites in Kingsbury Bay on the St. Louis River in Duluth, Minnesota. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals, using hand pulling or diver-assisted suction harvesting while following invasive-species prevention, safety, and environmental requirements. Work may begin no earlier than September 1, 2026, with substantial completion required by September 26, 2026, and final completion by October 1, 2026.
