Description: The State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) issued a formal request for bid for single-occupancy lodging for up to 40 attendees in the Brainerd or Baxter area of Minnesota. The lodging is for September 21–24, 2026, under specifications in the attached PDF SAMPLE contract, Exhibit C, and Exhibit C Supplement 1. Responses must be submitted through the Supplier Portal by the event's finish time, and non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted.
