The City envisions the Clock Tower Plaza as a public gathering space near the west end of Cañon City's Main Street, where the site is currently used as overflow parking. The concept includes seating and tables, landscaping and lighting, space for retail incubators, and water features. This is a design solicitation for the plaza project, not a grant program.
