Digital Magazines - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

Description: The 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to OVERDRIVE, INC. for a digital magazines/journals platform subscription for DoD Libraries. The platform must provide several thousand downloadable magazines with unlimited simultaneous use, new and backlist titles, multilingual content, three years of back issues, text-to-speech, overseas distribution, and access across desktops and mobile devices. Responses addressing the stated technical capabilities may be submitted as an unclassified capability statement, proposal, or quotation by September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, with an intended award date of September 30, 2026.
