Description: Construction of an approx., 10,000 SF pre-engineered steel building and associated electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil work; site utilities including domestic water, fire suppression, a sewage lift station, and associated force main; stormwater improvements including piping and an infiltration swale; site grading and gravel surfacing; and removal/reconstruction of valley transit s access road.
