Description: The work of this project includes renovation of 1-bedroom apartment units including: replace kitchens and baths, flooring replacement and painting in the entire apartment, and misc. carpentry, (20 units). Work includes remove and replace drywall to access piping in chases, abatement of asbestos-containing elbows and fittings, replacement of lighting and electrical devices, and replacement of all supply, waste and vent piping in chases including connections on 1st floor.
