Dewatering and Cleaning of a 38″ Stormwater Pipe at Public St. between Allens Ave. and the Providence river (ReBid)

Description: The City of Providence seeks a contractor to dewater and clean 490 feet of a 38-inch former CSO/current stormwater pipe on Public Street between Allens Avenue and the Providence River, including the structures connected to it. The work includes plugging and pumping the pipe, removing and disposing of debris, and providing CCTV footage and a closeout report documenting pipe conditions. This is solicitation PVD26-108 (Procurement/MinuteTraq #54810), intended to enable a complete video inspection to inform future maintenance or replacement decisions.
