Development Process Optimization Consulting RFP

Description: The Regional District of Central Okanagan invites proposals from qualified organizations to comprehensively review and redesign its Planning and Building Permit approval process as part of the Development Process Optimization Project. The project aims to make the District’s process more innovative, efficient, and future-ready. The selected consultant is expected to be contracted no later than October 26, 2026, complete the services within a maximum of 10 calendar months and no later than August 31, 2027, with a maximum budget of $85,000 plus GST.
