The Jekyll Island State Park Authority is soliciting qualified aviation consulting firms to provide professional engineering, architectural, and construction administration services in support of the Airport Capital Improvement Plan at Jekyll Island Airport in Georgia. The award is structured as a multi-year Master Agreement (up to five years) under which the selected consultant will negotiate and enter into individual sub-agreements for specific assignments on an as-needed basis. Selection is conducted under FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, and responding firms must hold current pre-qualification with the Georgia Department of Transportation in the relevant area class (Design for RFQC 345, Planning for RFQC 344).
