Design, Install, and Support AV Systems (RFP)

Proposals for a qualified and experienced audiovisual partner to design, install, and support AV systems across our two location. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a long-term partnership with a provider who can design and install a new AV system for our Training Room as well as provide ongoing technical maintenance and support for our existing AV systems. University would also like our current sound masking to be extended into the newly renovated areas to provide consistency across ail areas. It is anticipated that university will enter into a 3-to-5year contract with the awarded vendor.
