Design, Financing, Construction, and Conveyance of a Portage Youth Sports Complex (Request for Proposals)

Description: Work includes design, financing, construction, and conveyance of a youth sports complex. Complex shall include, at minimum, the following components. All facilities shall be fully ada-accessible. Baseball facilities: three cal ripken-style baseball fields with artificial turf infields, natural grass outfields, irrigation systems, lighting, fencing, dugouts, and bleachers. One babe ruth-style baseball field with artificial turf infield, natural grass outfield, irrigation, lighting, fencing, dugouts, and bleachers. C. One to two tee ball fields with dugouts, bleachers, and fencing. D. Two batting cages with all necessary equipment and fencing. Football: one pop warner football field with goalposts, scoreboard, lighting, and bleachers.
