Multi-Use Trail
Project consists of installing a 5-foot concrete sidewalk and 15-foot-wide asphalt multi-use path from the Rivendell residential development.
Description: Parkland County has issued an open, non-grant Negotiated Request for Proposal (Solicitation #AB-2026-05421) seeking a qualified proponent to provide design-build services for a Wabamun Multi-Use Trail Connection to close gaps in active-transportation infrastructure between Wabamun Provincial Park and Waterfront Park along portions of 50 Street. The successful proponent will be responsible for both the design and construction of a safe, accessible multi-use corridor for pedestrians, cyclists, mobility-device users, and other non-motorized users. The project supports broader County goals of connectivity, tourism, healthy lifestyles, and sustainable transportation, with submissions due via the Alberta Purchasing Connection.

The City of Raleigh is seeking one or more qualified design-build teams under North Carolina General Statutes § 143-128.1A. The work covers design and construction of natural-surface mountain-bike trails at Forest Ridge Park, with the related project expected to add nearly 7.5 miles of single-track trail in two new sections. This is a services procurement rather than a grant solicitation; although the separate city project page says the project is supported through a Great Trails State Program grant, the eVP record is an RFP for design-build services.
