DESIGN-BUILD-SCSU Building Demolition & Site Restoration Project(Request for Proposal)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD. The University has several “mothballed” buildings slated for demolition. The intent of this project is to evaluate the design and associated demolition costs for several buildings, with a particular focus on the Performing Arts Center (“PAC”) and the Engineering and Computing Center (“ECC”), and use the gathered information to select a scope of priority work within the project budget.
